Cancellation Policy
The general rule for cancellations prior to arrival date is:
  • Only written/faxed cancellation will be accepted.
  • Non-arrivals are liable for full payment of booking.
  • Within 0-7 days of date of travel, cancellation fee is 100% of total accommodation cost.
  • 8 - 14 days prior to date of travel, cancellation fee is 75% of total accommodation cost.
  • 15-21 days prior to date of travel, cancellation fee is 50% of total accommodation cost.
  • 22-28 days prior to date of travel, cancellation fee is 25% of total accommodation cost.
